HERE IS THE SERVICE BRIEF

Showing the right data to the right team at the right time is the ultimate goal of integrations.

We provide integration services that make sure you have proper data consolidation for every level of your business. Answering who bought what, why, and when?

This includes integrating any of your existing healthcare system, Sales CRM, Marketing automation tools, asset management system, and website to world-class systems like Active Campaign, Salesforce, Hubspot, Dynamics CRM, other Cloud-hosted Saas solutions catering to specific needs, IOT enabled devices, and much more.

CLIENT EXPECTATION MANAGEMENT

We strongly believe in achieving high quality and expectation fulfillment. From requirement understanding to low maintenance project delivery. From performance analysis to choosing the right hosting services, we keep your priorities and concerns in focus.

While building your products, keeping the client information secured, controlling every release with version control systems like Github and Bitbucket, analyzing quality at every stage of the software lifecycle are some of the steps we take to ensure a seamless client experience.

While doing integrations with legacy systems, we review the feasibility in case the main system does not allow sharing their data with other third-party tools at all. In such events, we always recommend going with UiPath ™ automation to keep data centralized. Read more about it here.

Lifecycle process illustration

Anything built by us goes through a lifecycle. This not only helps us deliver as per your requirements but ensures high quality and low maintenance products. Each release is developed with the best in the industry practices, automated testing tools are used to test every module, version control systems track every release. We have divided the lifecycle into a few important steps as discussed below.

Requirement gathering and analysis

Once you decide to come on board with us to realize your next big idea, our first step is to work on gathering the requirements from you as clearly as possible.

Level 1: Our experienced project managers schedule calls with you as per your availability to understand your vision, understand your current system architecture, and create specifications. Few documents are involved in this phase like stakeholder register ( making sure we have a clear hierarchy of communication ), product feasibility analysis, impediments identification.

Level 2: Our development team then schedule internal sessions to understand and get aligned with your business rules and vision to develop the perfect integrations for your business. This may need further discussion with you.

In a few scenarios, considering the time and delivery constraints, we are flexible to connect you with the developer team bypassing level 1.

Project Strategy and Consultation

Agile development is the trending concept in the digital ecosystem. So, why not include it in the project road map?

Project strategy involves leveraging the pros of agile methodology, which means dividing the entire specification into modules and setting the sprints for the first release. This phase sets up the expected delivery dates and deliverables.

At this time not only project road map is strategized but we consult the client’s concerns including technology and infrastructure choices.

The Design Journey

Although in the integration journey, designs are not needed to fulfill the requirements. Still, in case needed we are ready to deliver the wow.

Release and Maintenance

Once our product quality assurance team gives a green, the delivery team takes charge to ensure every module has been integrated as per the requirement.

The delivery team instructs the DevOps team to set up the release. Once the release is done the delivery team provides a detailed closure report and moves the project to the maintenance phase.

The maintenance phase ensures the project is running smoothly in the live environment, in case of any downtime the development team reacts to it proactively. In this phase, we follow service level agreements to avoid deviations.

Congratulations! You are now connected to every software you have. Now what?

Integrations though are a great way to keep everything streamlined. But all this comes with its own set of challenges like usage of legacy systems that do not allow data sharing, business data security policies, non-compliance to business rules.

Let us help you come out of this mayhem and make the decision easy. We can build the automation for data movement from legacy systems using UIPath, develop custom web applications according to your business rules, data security policies, and industry compliance.
